Participants of International Student Exchange Program who will prepare their Student Exchange Reports and forward them to their NEOs and LEOs not only will receive official IADS Exchange Certificate but also will take part in 2nd Edition of Student Exchange Competition. We are waiting for your interesting relations, presentations, articles from exchanges! The winner will be announced at Annual World Dental Congress 2010. Please check regulations.

Registration for International Dental Summer School, which is organized by Dental School of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta Indonesia is open. All dental students are invited to take part! The school program is combining academic and clinical activity .The aims of IDSS are to broaden students' knowledge in Dental Health care in developing country especially in Indonesia and to let the students to gain practical experience in Dentistry that as we know, in developing country everyone will witness the impact of poverty on dental health that in conclusion the quantity and quality of dental morbidity is way higher than we find in western country. IDSS is also to allow Students to perform subjective and objective examination, diagnose and treatment in modified Problem Based Learning system. IDSS will be held  between 15 July - 5 August 2010. Deadline for application is 24th of May 2010!

I am happy to announce that Work The World company would like to invite IADS members to new Dental Outreach Project in beautiful Zanzibar. This unforgettable volunteer experience is based on the success of projects in Ghana and India. Project involves establishing temporary clinics in village communities around the island. Experienced local dentists will lead the team and students will be working mostly with children, providing screening and much needed dental treatments.

The programme for 2009 runs from the 6th July to 18th July and in 2010 we are running three, the dates are as follows:14th June - 27th June, 5th July - 18th July, 26th July - 8th August.
