The International Association of Dental Students (IADS) was formed in 1951, to unite the dental students of the world and allow them to
exchange knowledge and experiences about dentistry at an international level.
It allows to experience different cultures and start long-lasting friendships with people from all around the world. It is a non-professional work which brings a lot of satisfaction and
memories for all your life, as long as you believe in it, as long as you feel IADS spirit! IADS is a living proof of the power of the dream along with hard work, dedication, perseverance and determination the dream that started with 6 people is now embracing more than 100,000 students from all over the world that cherish respect and love each other despite of their background differences they enjoy friendships and opportunities that would have never been possible if it were not for the IADS.
IADS offers to its personal, school and country members following projects: International Student Exchange Program, Voluntary Work Program, International Dental Research Program, Scientific Lectures Database and Lectures Competition, Prophylaxis Program and many more…
IADS meetings gather two times a year dental students from all around the world. They join business meetings with scientific program and wonderful social events, which stay in memories forever!
To apply for membership you need to send me:
- Filled IADS membership application form (attached to this e-mail).
This should be signed by the dean of your university or the president of your association. - Your Constitution in the English Language.
- Filled IADS Membership card (attached to this email)
- If you have a presentation for your association, it would be nice to show it to the rest of the members.
- Contact IADS Treasurer for your membership fees. Our Treasurer is Babak Sayahpour (e-mail: treasurer@iads-web.org).
