We believe that effective cleaning depends on much more than simply producing effective oral prophylaxis products. Besides enabling effective cleaning, the latter must be gentle and atraumatic on gums and most of must be understood and accepted by individuals. Only this way is oral health possible for everyone. As pioneers in the field of individual prophylaxis we concentrate especially on the thorough, and at the same time gentle care of the interdental spaces.

Our system

Drawing from our long experience in oral prophylaxis, we developed a system which goes beyond the development of accepted, effective and atraumatic products, by entailing programs to share our knowledge in oral prophylaxis to students, professionals through our iTOP seminars (www.itop-dental.com ) and to every individual (through local oral hygiene events and programs).

The value of students

Since we believe in science and knowledge more than in fashion and advertising, we care to build true relationships with students (more than with Universities) and integrate them in our efforts to teach people principle and practice of good oral prophylaxis. Local collaboration with students is granted worldwide by our Curaprox country representative.

DoooX is an independent, closed member portal to be used exclusively by professional members of the health care system. As a general rule a proof of profession is required. Increasing specialization in the field of health care makes it more and more difficult to exchange thoughts and ideas between the people involved. Specialization is often associated with dwindling knowledge concerning both professional and working policy issues beyond one's own specialty, even if one is in constant touch with the "other" field. Initiated and established by specialists from many different fields in the health care system, DoooX wants to create awareness towards this phenomenon, as well as build bridges between the relevant groups and encourage a lively exchange on professional, working policy, and economical issues. The closer the network of individuals, who often just work along side by side but still isolated, and the quicker and more openly they exchange their thoughts and ideas, the easier the access to a more comprehensive knowledge for the entire medical community.
